South East Plan

The Examination in Public ended in March 2007 and the Panel Report was published at the end of August 2007.  Overall, ignoring the housing numbers debate, many of the Panel's recommendations were good news for the South Downs, although we will have to wait and see whether GOSE will propose that the Panel's recommended changes are incorporated into the South East Plan.

The Campaign worked closely with regional partners through the regional environmental network, South East Forum for Sustainability (SEFS) at the Examination in Public.
